Return Policy 退款政策
All products sold through nanpengyouhotpot are not exchangeable and refundable due to the nature of the item. UNLESS wrong Item(s) was delivered or Item(s) with physical damage.   

Nanpengyouhotpot shall not be liable for any lost package / late delivery that caused by third party delivery partner. 

Returned products must be in original condition and unused.
The buyer must inform us at nanpengyouhotpot within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned.
 
Nanpengyouhotpot will confirm with the buyer of returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to nanpengyouhotpot at his/her own cost OR Buyer can return at our physical store.
 
The buyer will take full responsibility for the products during the return shipment back to us.
 
The items must be shipped back within 10 business days from the date of our written letter.
